Glossary

The Qualification Test Framework (QTF), introduced as part of MHHS Qualification, is a system for testing an industry participants ability to interact with industry systems and exchange relevant industry data. It is designed to provide assurance as part of the overall BSC Qualification processes that a Qualification Test Framework Applicant has met the Qualification Test requirements.

Participants will need to complete QTF testing in conjunction with completing their QRA submission. Participants will only be able to commence QTF testing upon passing the PQS stage of the process.
