Acronym: EBCAj
The amount sent by the Transmission Company as the ‘Net Buy Price Cost Adjustment (Energy)’. EBCA is one of the Balancing Services Adjustment Data (BSAD) items.
EBCA = EBVA * weighted average price of all relevant Balancing Services purchased and sold for energy (i.e. as opposed to system) balancing purposes.
*EBVA is the Net Buy Price Volume Adjustment (Energy)
