Summary

The Supplier Charge rules set out in Annex S-1 should be replaced by a robust set of rules that adhere to the proposed criteria for a corrective technique suggested by the VASMG on its work on Issue 6.

The Authority rejected both the Proposed and Alternative Modification on 10 May 2005
