This Modification Proposal seeks to update the BSC to clarify that Annualised Advance (AA) and Estimated Annual Consumption (EAC) data should be sent by the Non Half Hourly Data Collector (NHHDC) to both the relevant Supplier and the relevant Public Distribution System Operator (PDSO).
