Types of Circulars

There are two types of Circulars issued as part of the ISD Release process:

• Impact Assessment Circular: informs you of the proposed general changes to be included in the next Version of ISD. You are expected to carry out an impact assessment on these changes. Please note: An Impact Assessment Circular is not issued when the release is limited to publishing an ISD catalogue to include newly qualified MHHS participants only.
• Final Circular: confirms the approved changes being made to the next Version of ISD. Once issued, changes cannot be excluded from that Version.

How to respond to ISD Circulars

• Impact Assessment Circulars: check for impacts, give feedback.

• Final Circulars: implement the confirmed changes into your systems before the effective date.
