Glossary Term: Volume Allocation
This term refers to the Volume Allocation identified as part of Central Volume Allocation (CVA) and Supplier Volume Allocation (SVA). CVA primarily deals with metering for customers and generators connected directly to the transmission system, as well as metering at Grid Supply Points (GSPs). SVA handles metering for customers connected to the distribution network.
