Glossary Term: Transmission Licence
This allows the licensee to participate in the transmission of electricity for the purpose of enabling a supply to be given.
BSC defined definition
Means the licence granted to the Transmission Company pursuant to section 6(1)(b) of the Electricity Act 1989, as modified from time to time.
