Glossary Term: Serial
The Performance Assurance Reporting and Monitoring System (PARMS) software calculates the Supplier Charges due each calendar month. Supplier Charges are incurred for underperformance against the PARMS ‘Serials’. Each Serial has a number, description and standard measurement.

means any one of the standards of Supplier performance set out in any of the Menu of Supplier Charges;
