The Performance Assurance Reporting and Monitoring System (PARMS) database collects and monitors data to ensure that market participants, such as suppliers and their associated agents, comply with performance standards and obligations set out in the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC)

Means the system established inter alia for the purpose of recording and monitoring compliance by Suppliers with their obligations pursuant to the BSC Section S.
