Glossary Term: Pending Modification Proposal
A Modification is raised in order to progress changes that would alter any part of the BSC. A Pending Modification Proposal refers to a suggested change to the BSC that is currently under consideration but has not yet been approved or implemented.
BSC defined definition
has the meaning given to that term in Section F2.1.5; a Modification Proposal in respect of which, at the relevant time, the Authority has not yet made a decision as to whether to direct such Proposed Modification to be made pursuant to the Transmission Licence (whether or not a Modification Report has been submitted in respect of such Modification Proposal)
