Glossary Term: Payment Date

The Settlement Payment Date refers to the deadline by which payments must be made for electricity traded under the BSC. Typically, payments are due 29 days after the actual Settlement Date.

BSC defined definition

means, in relation to any Settlement Run in respect of any Settlement Day, the date on which notified payments in respect of Trading Charges are to be settled, in accordance with Section N;
