The Party Line Service refers to specific guidelines and requirements under the BSC. These guidelines outline the non-functional requirements that various market participants, such as Licensed Distribution System Operators (LDSOs), Supplier Meter Registration Services (SMRSs), and Data Collectors, must comply with to fulfil their roles within the BSC framework.
