Glossary Term: Non-Supplier Trading Party

A non-supplier trading party within the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC) refers to any entity that participates in the electricity market but does not supply electricity directly to consumers.

As all trading roles, other than supplier, come under the Non-supplier trading party role description, these parties can include Generators, Traders, non-physical Trader, VLP, AMVLP, Interconnector User and other entities involved in the electricity market who have signed the BSC Framework Agreement.
