Glossary Term: Exempt Export BM Unit
A BM Unit which comprises electricity generated from someone exempt from holding a Generation Licence, for which the Lead Party is the Party responsible for Exports.
BSC defined definition
A BM Unit which comprises Exemptible Generating Plant, for which the Lead Party is the Party responsible for Exports, subject to Section K3.3A.
