Glossary Term: Code Subsidiary Document
The Code also refers to and creates obligations in respect of Code Subsidiary Documents. Code Subsidiary Documents includes documents such as BSC Procedures (BSCPs), Codes of Practice CoPs), Service Descriptions, Party Service Line 100, Data Catalogues etc.
Code Subsidiary Documents have a binding effect for the purposes of the Code. Existing CSDs may be modified and new CSDs created in accordance with Section F3 of the BSC.
BSC defined definition
Means any document referred to in Section H1.2.4 as modified from time to time in accordance with Section F3.
