Elexon is hosting an education day on Wednesday 11 September 2019 to outline changes that will be coming to the Technical Assurance of Metering (TAM) audit in September 2019 and to introduce a new Desktop Audit process that will be implemented in April 2020.

Planned Elexon IT systems outage between 09:00 (BST) and 17:00 (BST) on 10 September 2019. This is an Elexon IT systems outage and will not affect the BSC Central Systems.

An Elexon IT system outage will take place from 18:00 (BST) on Friday 13 September to 19:00 (BST) on Sunday 15 September. The outage will take place outside of working hours so there should be minimal impact on BSC Parties.

There will be a BM outage on 26 September 2019 between 10:10 (BST) and 14:40 (BST). The outage is required to accommodate updates required for the NEMO and Elec-Link Interconnectors. This BM outage was orginally planned for 19 September 2019.

We have been notified by National Grid Electricity System Operator (NGESO) that there will be a planned outage affecting Non-BM STOR dispatch. During this time the current Non-BM STOR dispatch platform will be migrated to the new Ancillary Services Dispatch Platform (ASDP).

This is an Elexon IT systems outage and will not affect the BSC Central Systems. The outage is due to necessary maintenance on Elexon’s internal infrastructure.

We have been notified by National Grid Electricity System Operator (NG ESO) that there will be a Balancing Mechanism (BM) planned maintenance outage between 10:10 (BST) and 14:40 (BST) on Thursday 24 October 2019.

UK time changes on Sunday 27 October 2019 from British Summer Time (BST) to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)/Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) at 02:00 (BST). This will result in a ‘long’ day as the clocks go back an hour.
