Population of the D0150 to indicate no meter present, when the NHHMOA holds no meter history
DCP0024 seeks to update a footnote, being introduced by CP1180 ‘Confirmation of Metering status in the Non Half Hourly Market’, in BSCP514 as part of the February 2008 BSC Systems Release, in order to allow the requirement to be fully complied with.
The proposed change will enable Non Half Hourly Meter Operator Agents (NHHMOAs) to fully comply with the requirement being introduced by CP1180 in the February 2008 BSC Systems Release.
