Summary
BSCP502 states that; 1. HHDC to receive initial/final Meter readings from the MOA on a D0139 flow and 2. HHDC to receive the final Meter register reading from the old HHDC. This CP proposes to remove these mandatory requirements from BSCP 502 as, it incurs unnecessary cost for Agents and ultimately Suppliers.
