Active MPs are connecting to the DIP with their own technology and will require one dual purpose Digital Certificate per environment. A non-active MP will be utilising the service(s) of a single or multiple DIP Connection Provider(s) (DCP) to connect to the DIP and will require one single purpose signing Digital Certificate per environment.<\/p>\n For Market Participants that qualify via the SIT or Placing Full Reliance routes, this guide has a full explanation of the specific process you will follow:<\/strong><\/p>\n A DCP is a non-MHHS qualified role that supports MPs in connecting to the DIP. They are required to sign an Access Agreement to get onboard into the DIP.<\/p>\n Organisations qualifying with multiple companies should follow the GlobalSign platform guidance to manage onboarding effectively.<\/p>\n The MDR role falls outside the main centralised BSCCo\/RECCo qualification\u00a0 and so must onboard the DIP via its own specific route.
