This page explains the process for removing DIP users.
Removing a role
If you have multiple DIP roles and wish to no longer undertake one of these, email [email protected] with the following information:
- DIP ID
- DIP Role Code(s) to be removed
- the date that the DIP Role Codes should be revoked
The DIP Manager will log the request and liaise with code bodies.
If you are a Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR)
As part of the SoLR process, the DIP Manager will transfer ownership of the MPID DIP Roles and DIP IDs to the incoming Supplier.
Once the DIP Manager has verified the transfer, the incoming Supplier will receive instructions to onboard the effected DIP ID(s) into their organisation via the DIP portal. Follow the instructions in this guidance:
