The DIP Change and Advisory Board (DCAB) are a specialist user group whose purpose is to advise the DIP Manager in relation to the Data Integration Platform (DIP) and, in limited circumstances, make determinations.
The DCAB is a group of constituent, industry, stakeholder, and consumer representatives that advises the DIP Manager, particularly on industry-related matters. It also assesses DIP Change Requests with material impact on DIP Participants and votes on their approval or rejection.
