DIP CR summary

A short summary of your DIP Change Request, including its title, issue, impact, proposed solution, benefits, and any helpful background information.
Summarise any benefits that will be realised by the proposed solution. In some cases this may just be removal of the impact of the issue, but some DIP CRs may also have additional positive impacts.
May include context to help the DIP Manager assess the DIP CR, for example any links to other industry changes.

Impact assessment is optional and only used to share your views; the DIP Manager will carry out the full impact assessment for any DIP CR raised.

Progression route

Your progression route assessment is optional and only informs the DIP Manager of your views. The DIP Manager will fully assess progression route options when reviewing any DIP CRs raised.
Materiality
Consider whether the DIP CR will have a material effect on how DIP Users interact with the DIP and/or how Messages are shared. This will determine whether the change is considered a Tier One DIP CR, for which the DCAB will decide on implementation, or a Tier Two DIP CR, for which the DIP Manager will decide on implementation. Include your rationale.
