What is the issue?
The MHHS Programme Code design team conducted an assurance traceability exercise of all Code drafting to ensure that the contents of MHHS Design Artefacts had been transposed to individual Codes and the DIP Rules. The DIP Manager worked alongside the MHHS Programme and together they identified that five NFRs were missing from MHHS-E2E002 Requirements.
All requirements of the MHHS design must be reflected in the relevant industry Codes by M10 so that the DIP Rules are correct.
What is the proposed solution?
Amend DSD002 and its annexes as shown in the attached proposed redlining, to include the missing NFRs:
- E2E0210 – Participant Idempotency
- E2E0402 – Participant Downtime
- E2E1004 – Message throughput
- E2E1005 – Message throughput (Secure Active)
- E2E1010 – Unplanned outages
