The Proposer believes that there would be value in reviewing existing controls for Settlement error prevention. It is critical to the Proposer that we address these problems prior to the Settlement timetable being shortened by Market-wide Half Hourly Settlement (MHHS) as the opportunities to readdress will be reduced thereafter.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n

The first Issue 103 meeting<\/a> was held on 14 October 2022 where additional controls to be included to mitigate Settlement errors, and customer consumption monitoring were discussed.<\/p>\n

The second Issue 103 meeting<\/a> was held on 7 November 2022 where there was discussion around who has operational influence and responsibility of works on Metering Systems at GSP sites and who is best placed to ensure overall Metering System accuracy.<\/p>\n

The third Issue 103 meeting<\/a> was held 12 December 2022 where the group discussed the current allocation of responsibilities for Settlement metering and Line Loss Factors.<\/p>\n

The fourth Issue 103 meeting<\/a> was held on 10 March 2023 where the group discussed SVAA tolerance checks, CVA data estimation, and the BSC audit. <\/p>\n
