Since the publication of the Issue 101 Issue Report, Elexon and Ofgem have been working to finalise the DIP arrangements that will be proposed under the impending Authority-Led SCR Modification.<\/p>\n

Elexon have now made the amendments requested by Ofgem and have provided updated drafting for review.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The Issue 101 Issue Report was presented to the BSC Panel on 14 March 2024. <\/p>\n

The Issue 101 Consultation<\/a> was issued on Wednesday 24 January 2024 with responses invited by Wednesday 21 February 2024. <\/p>\n

Eight responses were received to the consultation – the majority agreed with the proposed DIP arrangements and that the drafting delivers their intention.<\/p>\n

Following the consultation, the fifteenth Issue 101 Workgroup meeting<\/a> was held on 29 February 2024, where the consultation responses and actions were discussed. <\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Following the consultation on the proposed framework for the DIP enduring arrangements, Elexon began drafting the DIP Rules, which consist of legal text and DIP Subsidiary Documents. <\/p>\n

Each topic was drafted and shared with the Workgroup, before discussion during a Workgroup meeting. The draft DIP Rules for each topic, as well as Workgroup meeting documents such as agendas, slide packs, and meeting summaries, can be found on the webpage for each Workgroup meeting linked below. <\/p>\n

The fourteenth Issue 101 Workgroup meeting was held as a drop-in session on 9 January where members could join to ask questions about the Issue 101 drafting and consultation.<\/p>\n

The thirteenth Issue 101 Workgroup meeting<\/a> was held on 19 December 2023. The Workgroup discussed updates to the DIP On-Barding and Funding arrangements. <\/p>\n

The twelfth Issue 101 Workgroup meeting<\/a> was held on 6 December 2023. The Workgroup discussed the drafting for Governance<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

The eleventh Issue 101 Workgroup meeting<\/a> was held on 22 November 2023. The Workgroup discussed the drafting for Change Management<\/strong> and Assurance & Reporting<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

The tenth Issue 101 Workgroup<\/a> meeting was held on 23 October 2023. The Workgroup discussed the drafting for Information Security & Data Management<\/strong> and Funding & Budget<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

The ninth Issue 101 Workgroup meeting<\/a> was held on 16 August 2023. The Issue 101 Interim Consultation on the proposed framework and Business Requirements for the DIP was issued on 14 June 2023, with responses invited by 12 July 2023. The seventh Issue 101 Workgroup meeting<\/a> was held on 12 April 2023. The Workgroup considered performance management, DIP documentation, and the WG views against the Terms of Reference. <\/p>\n

The sixth Issue 101 Workgroup meeting<\/a> was held on 13 March 2023. The Workgroup considered data. <\/p>\n

The fifth Issue 101 Workgroup meeting<\/a> was held on 13 February 2023. The Workgroup made a decision on funding and discussed DIP onboarding. <\/p>\n

The fourth Issue 101 Workgroup<\/a> meeting was held on 17 January 2023. The Workgroup discussed funding arrangements. <\/p>\n

The third Issue 101 Workgroup meeting<\/a> was held on 13 December 2022. The Workgroup discussed DIP change management. <\/p>\n
