<strong>&#x2018;Consequential BSC changes for Switching SCR (REC 3.0)&#x2019;. <\/strong>P436 makes the BSC changes needed to align with Version 3.0 of the Retail Energy Code (REC 3.0) under Ofgem&#x2019;s Switching Significant Code Review (SCR). REC 3.0 introduces the new Central Switching Service (CSS) for Faster Switching. The Implementation Date for this P436 Release is the CSS Go-Live date, which is also the date that REC 3.0 comes into effect.
