Sections R and U are not impacted by any of the changes and have been removed from this Matrix.<\/p>\n<p>The Release implementation date is 27 February 2020.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"scope-of-the-release\">Scope of the Release<\/h2>\n<p>The following industry-led changes are in the scope.&#xA0;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/change-proposal\/cp1519-treatment-of-low-capacity-connections-for-site-specific-line-loss-factor-calculations\/\">CP1519<\/a>&#xA0; &#x2013; Treatment of Low Capacity Connections for Site Specific Line Loss Factor Calculations.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/change-proposal\/cp1521\/\">CP1521<\/a> &#x2013;&#xA0; BSCP70 Amendments for Interconnector Administrator and Interconnector Error Administrator.&#xA0;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/mod-proposal\/p385\/\">P385<\/a> &#x2013; Improving the efficacy and efficiency of the Section H Default provisions.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/mod-proposal\/p391\/\">P391<\/a> &#x2013; Introducing Desktop Audits.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/mod-proposal\/p393\/\">P393<\/a> &#x2013; Disapplication of SP01 Supplier Charges. This will be effective from the December 2019 Supplier Charge Reporting Period, to be run in the first week of March.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/mod-proposal\/p394-removal-of-unused-bsc-provisions\/\">P394<\/a> &#x2013; Removal of Unused BSC Provisions.&#xA0;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to these, we will be updating the password policy for the <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.elexonportal.co.uk\/\">Elexon Portal Website<\/a> to make it compliant with GDPR, the Data Protection Act.
