They are set out in BSC Annex D-3.3 and D-3.4 and are determined by the BSC Panel before the start of each BSC Year.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/guidance-note\/schedule-main-sva-specified-charges\/\">Schedule of Main and SVA Specified Charges<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"dataline-monthly-charges\">Dataline Monthly Charges<\/h2>\n<p>The &#x2018;Dataline Monthly Charges&#x2019; are payable by parties who have chosen to order the High Grade Service as described in BSC Annex D-3.<\/p>\n<p>Details of the charges agreed by the BSC Panel are within the&#xA0;Schedule of Specified Communication Charges.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/guidance-note\/schedule-specified-communication-charges\/\">Schedule of Specified Communication Charges<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"participant-test-service-charges\">Participant Test Service charges<\/h2>\n<p>Elexon provides a number of other services to BSC Parties, for example the Participant Test Service.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">For a new market participant entering the market an initial 1\/2 day Participant Test Service (PTS) slot is offered at half price.<\/p>\n<table border=\"2\" summary=\"\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"3\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td bgcolor=\"#e9f9fc\" width=\"70%\" height=\"15\"><strong>Charge<\/strong><\/td>\n<td bgcolor=\"#e9f9fc\" width=\"30%\" height=\"15\"><strong>Rate<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"70%\">Participant Test Service Test Slot (&#xA3;\/half day)<\/td>\n<td width=\"30%\">&#xA3;999 + VAT<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h2 id=\"late-or-failed-payments\">Late or failed payments<\/h2>\n<p>An event of default will occur when a BSC Party fails or is late paying BSCco charges three times within a 12 month period.<\/p>\n<p>Monthly BSCCo charges are invoiced 10 business days ahead of the payment date.
