Each are updated regularly and are useful for keeping up-to-date.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"change-report\">Change Report<\/h2>\n<p>The Change Report is a monthly summary of all Modifications, Change Proposals, Issues and Standard Changes that are currently active. It shows the progress of each change in a visual &#x2018;progress bar,&#x2019; as well as containing text updates on what has changed since last month&#x2019;s Change Report. The Change Report is presented to the BSC Panel each month. It also includes the Release Schedule and current Impact Assessment Timetable.<\/p>\n<p>An updated copy of the Change Register is published on a weekly basis.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/documents\/change\/register\/change-register\/\" title=\"Change Register\" data-filetype=\"xlsx\">Change Register spreadsheet<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Understanding the Register<\/h3>\n<p>The Change Register contains the following eleven separate tabs:<\/p>\n<h4>Tab 1 &#x2013; Live Modifications<\/h4>\n<p>The Live Modifications tab of the Change Register contains up-to-date information for each Modification including (for all Open Modifications):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Modification&#x2019;s title<\/li>\n<li>a brief description of the change<\/li>\n<li>the Proposer<\/li>\n<li>the date the Modification was raised<\/li>\n<li>the current status<\/li>\n<li>the current progression plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tab 2 &#x2013; Live Change Proposals<\/h4>\n<p>The Change Proposals tab of the Change Register contains up-to-date information for each Change Proposal including (for all Open Change Proposals):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Change Proposal&#x2019;s title<\/li>\n<li>a brief description of the change<\/li>\n<li>the date the Change Proposal was raised<\/li>\n<li>the Proposer<\/li>\n<li>the current status and<\/li>\n<li>the current progression plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tab 3 &#x2013; Live Issues<\/h4>\n<p>An Issue is used to understand an issue within the BSC and to discuss potential solutions with interested industry experts prior to a Modification or Change Proposal being raised. The outcomes of discussions on such Issues may be a recommendation to raise a Modification or Change Proposal, or to make no change.<\/p>\n<p>The Issues tab&#xA0;contains an up-to-date high level overview of each Issue including&#xA0;(for all Open Issues):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Issue&#x2019;s title<\/li>\n<li>a brief description of the Issue<\/li>\n<li>the date the Issue was submitted<\/li>\n<li>the Proposer<\/li>\n<li>the current progress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tab 4 &#x2013; Live Standard Changes<\/h4>\n<p>The Standard Changes tab of the Change Register contains up-to-date information for each Standard Change, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Standard Change title<\/li>\n<li>a brief description of the change<\/li>\n<li>the Proposer<\/li>\n<li>the date the Standard Change was raised<\/li>\n<li>the current status<\/li>\n<li>the Standard Change Type<\/li>\n<li>the implementation date; and<\/li>\n<li>appeal information, if any<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Tab 5 &#x2013; SC Log<\/h4>\n<p>The Standard Change Log tab on the Change Register contains the standing data on Standard Change types, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Standard Change Type (SCT)<\/li>\n<li>the Proposer<\/li>\n<li>the title of the change<\/li>\n<li>the date the Standard Change Type was raised<\/li>\n<li>the date a decision was made<\/li>\n<li>the current status<\/li>\n<li>the assessment against the Standard Change Criterion<\/li>\n<li>appeal information<\/li>\n<li>the Minimum Notice Period<\/li>\n<li>the Panel Committee Owner<\/li>\n<li>the date of implementation of enabling changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tabs 6 &#x2013; 8 &#x2013; Archives<br>\n<\/strong>The Modifications, Change Proposals and Issues Archive tabs include historic information for all Issues progresses, and all Modifications and Change Proposals that have been rejected, withdrawn, superseded or implemented.<\/p>\n<h4>Tab 9 &#x2013; Designation Requests<\/h4>\n<p>The BSC Panel can designate a party that would not usually be able to progress a Modification as a Proposer, where they agree to do so.
