This data is a useful tool to staying compliant.<\/p>\n<p>You can use it to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>see&#xA0;how you compare to similar Parties<\/strong> on key Settlement metrics<\/li>\n<li><strong>identify areas for improvement <\/strong>&#x2013; see where you&#x2019;re falling behind and take early action<\/li>\n<li><strong>avoid additional checks<\/strong> and activities by achieving strong performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more on this data, see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elexon.co.uk\/bsc\/data\/peer-comparison-graphs\/\">Peer comparison graphs<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"tell-us-if-something-changes-material-change\">Tell us if something changes (Material Change)<\/h2>\n<p>A Material Change is a significant change to your processes or systems that might prevent you fulfilling your obligations under the Code.<\/p>\n<p>If there is a Material Change, people with Qualified Person status may need to <strong>re-qualify<\/strong>.
