The last customer survey was conducted during 2021 and the results are available on this page. The next customer survey will occur during 2024.<\/p>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"pagebuilder-blocks\"><div class=\"panel-content\">\n    <h2 id=\"serving-our-customers\">Serving our customers<\/h2>\n<p>Elexon serves 550 market participants (last updated in December 2021), compared with 534 market participants in July 2021. The participants we serve have a wide range of roles within the electricity industry.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/customers-served-dec-2021.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-178767\" src=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/customers-served-dec-2021.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"829\" height=\"423\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elexon-bsc-production-cdn.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/23132733\/customers-served-dec-2021.png 829w, https:\/\/elexon-bsc-production-cdn.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/23132733\/customers-served-dec-2021-300x153.png 300w, https:\/\/elexon-bsc-production-cdn.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/23132733\/customers-served-dec-2021-768x392.png 768w, https:\/\/elexon-bsc-production-cdn.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/23132733\/customers-served-dec-2021-600x306.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 829px) 100vw, 829px\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n<h3>&#xA0;<\/h3>\n<h2 id=\"customer-satisfaction\">Customer satisfaction<\/h2>\n<p>We commission independent customer surveys to understand people&#x2019;s views on our performance.&#xA0; Headline findings from the 2021 survey included that:&#xA0;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>61% of respondents said they would speak highly of Elexon if asked<\/li>\n<li>91% of respondents said that our service had improved or stayed the same in 2021<\/li>\n<li>Satisfaction with our OSM service improved significantly, with 54% of respondents rating the <br>\nservice highly, compared with 46% in 2020<\/li>\n<li>However, the rating our customers give us for value for money declined. In 2020, 63% scored Elexon 8 out of 10 on value for money, falling to 48% in 2021. on the quality of our service, an increase of 6% compared with the 2020 customer survey<\/li>\n<li>18% placed &#x2018;some value&#x2019; on the quality of our service<\/li>\n<li>2% placed &#x2018;no value&#x2019; on the quality of our service<\/li>\n<li>3% said the quality of our service was not relevant to them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>02 giving you access to experts<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>68% of respondents placed &#x2018;a lot of value&#x2019; on the access we provide to experts in Elexon &#x2013; an increase of 5% compared with the 2020 customer survey<\/li>\n<li>24% said they placed &#x2018;some value&#x2019; on having this access<\/li>\n<li>6% placed no value on access<\/li>\n<li>2% said that access to experts was not relevant to them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>03 The reliability of our service<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>62% of respondents placed a &#x2018;lot of value&#x2019; on the reliability of our service &#x2013; an increase of 1% compared with the 2020 customer survey<\/li>\n<li>27% placed &#x2018;some value&#x2019; on the reliability of our service<\/li>\n<li>1% placed no value on the reliability of our service<\/li>\n<li>10% said the reliability of our service was not relevant to them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>04 The speed of our service<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>58% of respondents placed a &#x2018;lot of value&#x2019; on the speed of our service &#x2013; an increase of 10% compared with the 2020 customer survey<\/li>\n<li>35% placed &#x2018;some value&#x2019; on the speed of our service<\/li>\n<li>2% placed no value on the speed of our service<\/li>\n<li>5% said the speed of our service was not relevant to them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>05 Being adaptable<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>46% of respondents placed &#x2018;a lot of value&#x2019; on Elexon&#x2019;s ability to adapt, a decrease of 7% compared with the 2020 customer survey<\/li>\n<li>37% placed &#x2018;some value&#x2019; on our ability to adapt<\/li>\n<li>7% placed no value on our ability to adapt<\/li>\n<li>5% said Elexon&#x2019;s ability to adapt was not relevant to them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>06 Keeping costs to a minimum<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>29% of respondents placed &#x2018;a lot of value&#x2019;
