If you would like to have access to the Elexon Kinnect Customer Solution, please contact the Category A Authorised Signatory within your organisation, who will be able to grant you access via the platform or alternatively by completing a BSCP38\/5.1 Form.<\/p>\n
Existing users: changes to the way you access Kinnect Customer Solution<\/h2>\n
From 26 June<\/span> 2024 <\/span>we will move to using <\/span>Microsoft Entra ID<\/span> for <\/span>our identity management instead of Okta ID.<\/p>\n
This is because using Microsoft identity management allows us to achieve better integration with our existing technology platforms.<\/p>\n
From 27 June 2024 you must have completed the following steps<\/strong> in order to maintain your access.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>
\nStep 1: Email invitation from Elexon<\/h3>\n
You will recei<\/span>ve an<\/span> email from invites@microsoft.com<\/span><\/span><\/strong> relating to Microsoft changes to the Customer Solution, click on the “Accept invitation” button.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1: Submit an expression of interest<\/strong><\/h3>\n
If you wish to express your interest in joining the market, please complete the expression of interest form.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Enrol with Elexon Kinnect Customer Solution<\/h3>\n
Once set up, you will receive an email inviting you to the Elexon Customer Solution – see the steps above for existing customers giving instructions on how to complete your enrolment.<\/p>\n
Step 3: Market Entry pages in Kinnect<\/strong><\/h3>\n
You will be able accede to the BSC and complete digital forms. You will also have access to your market entry and asset registrations data along with a guided process through the various routes you can take when registering different market roles.<\/p>\n
When registering a new asset, the self-service gateway will automatically identify the assets available to the specific customer. There is also:<\/p>\n
