Planning your meeting<\/h2>\n

  • Confirm the catering details, numbers and timings, by midday the day before your meeting<\/li>\n
  • Send a list of visitors you’re expecting. They will be issued with a security badge which they must wear whilst visiting the building. (By midday the day before your meeting)<\/li>\n
  • You will be sent Elexon’s Fire Safety and Evacuation procedures prior to your meeting taking place, as the meeting host you must inform attendees of these procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Catering<\/h2>\n
