This is done through the&#xA0;<a href=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/reference\/performance-assurance\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Performance Assurance Framework<\/a>&#xA0;and overseen by the Performance Assurance Board.<\/p>\n<p>&#xA0;<\/p>\n<div class=\"panel-header\">\n<h3 class=\"panel-title\">What is EFR?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-content\">\n<p>Error and Failure Resolution (EFR) is a key remedial technique in Elexon&#x2019;s&#xA0;<a href=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/reference\/market-compliance\/performance-assurance\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Performance Assurance Framework<\/a>. It is used to assure Elexon, the Performance Assurance Board (PAB) and the rest of the industry that you understand identified performance issues and have robust plans in place to correct them in a timely manner. As part of the EFR process, you agree with Elexon what steps you&#x2019;ll take to resolve the identified performance issues.
