These techniques are deployed &#xFB02;exibly to address Settlement Risks, by either preventing or detecting occurrence, or correcting the effects of the risk.<\/p>\n<p>The BSC Audit is a detective technique. The BSC Audit is retrospective, so work is completed at the end of the audit year. The peak of on&#x2013;site work is February to April and the BSC Audit Report is published in June each year.<\/p>\n\n\t<p>The BSC Panel sets the scope of the BSC Audit each year.
