National Grid intends to replace the BM system in 2013. The BM system currently sends data to the BSC Central Systems in CSV format. The new Electricity Balancing System (EBS) uses XML data format as standard in its interfaces with other systems.<br>\nThis Draft Change Proposal considers the requirement and timescales for migrating National Grid&#x2019;s interface with the BSC Central Systems from CSV to XML format.<\/p>\n\n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"panel-section\">\n\t\t\t<h2>Progression<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>DCP0048 was raised on 28January 2011. DCP0048 was issued for Industry Impact Assessment as part of CPC00692.
