By gathering views on the revised timeline, the consultation allows stakeholders to assess and respond to the impact of an earlier delivery of the Modification.<\/p>\n<p>Elexon has identified an opportunity to adjust the timeline, allowing for the earlier delivery of the Modification&#x2019;s benefits. This feedback will help the&#xA0;BSC Panel make an informed recommendation to the Authority regarding the updated implementation date, ensuring that both market and participant needs are considered.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t<div class=\"panel-section panel-content summary\">\n\t\t<h2>Who will this impact?<\/h2>\t\t<p>This Modification is expected to impact:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generators<\/li>\n<li>Suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Non-Physical Traders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"panel-section panel-content summary\">\n\t\t<h2>What is proposed?<\/h2>\t\t<p>P475 will amend the BSC to allow all storage BM Units to fix their P\/C status, thereby preventing dynamic recalculations and flipping. By treating storage BM Units similarly to Export Exempt BM Units, this proposal enables them to choose and fix their P\/C flag.
