issued on 14 June 2024 and will close at 5 pm on Friday 28 June 2024.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"panel-section panel-content summary\">\n\t\t<h2>Outcome<\/h2>\n\t\t<p>The P469 Assessment Procedure Consultation has received two responses, agreeing with the Workgroup&#x2019;s initial views.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"panel-section panel-content summary\">\n\t\t<hr>\n\t\t<h3 class=\"h4\">Original consultation<\/h3>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"panel-section panel-content summary\">\n\t\t<h2>Who will this impact?<\/h2>\t\t<p>This Modification is expected to impact:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All Parties with an Energy Account<\/li>\n<li>Energy Contract Volume Aggregation Agent (ECVAA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"panel-section panel-content summary\">\n\t\t<h2>What is proposed?<\/h2>\t\t<p>This Modification follows on from discussions held as part of <a href=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/smg-issue\/issue-106\/\">Issue 106 &#x2018;Review of BSC Credit Cover Arrangements&#x2019;<\/a>, which made a recommendation that a Modification be raised to modify the Credit Default process by delaying the start of the Credit Default Rejection Period and the start of the Credit Default Refusal Period for any ECVNs and\/or MVRNs submitted after a Party has entered authorised Level 2 Default, where such ECVNs and\/or MVRNs would increase the Party&#x2019;s Energy Indebtedness.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n<div
