The main recommendation was the introduction of a standardised Complex Site Supplementary Information Form, and to make clear its use will be mandatory. Other process improvements to improve clarity will also be introduced.<\/p>\n<p>This CP is being progressed in parallel with <a href=\"https:\/\/recportal.co.uk\/group\/guest\/-\/complex-sites-process-improvements-1\">R0018 &#x2018;Complex Sites Process Improvements&#x2019;<\/a> as a cross-code change.
