This consultation seeks views on the Target Operating Model (TOM) developed by the Design Working Group (DWG), before Ofgem makes the final decision on whether to approve it. Market-wide Half Hourly Settlement (MHHS) is a fundamental reform which will impact both existing and future participants in the energy market. The DWG therefore encourages views from all stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t

Who will this impact?<\/h2>\t\t

On 15 February 2019, Ofgem published the Design Working Group’s (DWG’s) report<\/a> on its preferred Target Operating Model (TOM) for Market-wide Half Hourly Settlement (MHHS).<\/p>\n

This consultation is your opportunity to comment on the DWG’s preferred TOM, before Ofgem decides whether to approve it. <\/p>\n

MHHS is a fundamental reform which will impact both existing and future participants in the energy market. The DWG therefore encourages views from all stakeholders.<\/p>\n
