CP1582 was originally raised as a housekeeping Change Proposal (CP) to update BSCP520 ‘Unmetered Supplies Registered in SMRS’<\/a> step 3.6.2.3, as introduced erroneously by P434 ‘Half Hourly Settlement for UMS Metering Systems’<\/a>]<\/a>, states “UMSO confirms the de-energisation date to Supplier, NHHDC and MA”’ as Non Half Hourly (NHH) Unmetered Supply (UMS) sites don’t have a Meter Administrator (MA).<\/p>\n

Following an objection to the CP as housekeeping, and subsequent consultation period, CP1582 has been expanded to provide greater clarity and alignment with industry process for BSCP520 where a Change of Measurement Class (CoMC) event has occurred.<\/p>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

The CP1582 Assessment Report was presented to the SVG at its meeting on 4 July 2023. The SVG unanimously agreed to approve CP1582.<\/p>\n

As a Housekeeping Change Proposal, CP1582 is subject to a 15 Working Day objection window, expiring on 26 July 2023, to allow Parties to object to CP1582 being a Housekeeping Change should they believe so. If no objections are received, CP1582 will be considered as approved and implemented.  If an objection is received, CP1582 will be issued for consultation in the next available Change Proposal Circular batch.<\/p>\n
