The committee had no comments and was unanimously approved for implementation on 30 June 2022 as part of the standard June 2022 BSC release.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-group\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\" id=\"cpc-consultation\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Change Proposal Consultation<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-panel\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"panel-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"panel-section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Consultation respondents indicated a requirement to move the Implementation date to June 2022, an informal update was presented to SVG on 7 September 2021 with the Assessment Paper to be formally presented on 5 October 2021.<\/p>\n<p>CP1546 was issued for Industry Consultation on Monday 12 July 2021 with responses invited by Friday 6 August 2021.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-group\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\" id=\"assessment\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Assessment<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-panel\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"panel-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"panel-section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The SVG considered CP1546 at its <a href=\"https:\/\/elexon-beta.elexonhostings.co.uk\/bsc\/meeting\/svg245\/\">meeting on 6 July 2021<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>An SVG member questioned the wording of the Progression Paper and that dataflows are not mandatory, Elexon agreed with this and have removed the wording from the Consultation document, the redlining in BSCP520 does not differentiate the solution to any other dataflows that are required to be sent or received within the BSC.<\/p>\n<h3>Next Steps<\/h3>\n<p>CP1546 will go out for Industry Consultation on Monday 12 July 2021.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-group\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\" id=\"submission\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Submission<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-panel\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"panel-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"panel-section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>CP1546 was raised by Elexon on 8 July 2021.<\/p>\n<h3>Why Change?<\/h3>\n<p>Unmetered Supplies Operators (UMSO) are currently unable to use automated processes to send Unmetered Supplies (UMS) inventory data to Meter Administrators (MA).
