Summary

This Modification proposes to implement a hedging scheme to mitigate the risk that the BSC Transmission Loss Factor (TLF) in Section T of the BSC will in future be set to any value except zero.

Progression

The BSC Panel recommended that the Proposed Modification should not be made. The Authority rejected the Proposed Modification on 3 June 2003.
