A meter operator is employed to install and maintain any half hourly meter systems on your premises and are responsible for fixing technical issues and replacing the meter if a fault is identified. The Meter Operator works on behalf of Suppliers operating in the Supplier Volume Allocation (SVA) market in accordance with the BSC rules.
