DESCRIPTION:Elexon is hosting an education day on Tuesday 4 February 2020 to outline the new Desktop Audit process that will be implemented in April 2020. We will also be providing a dedicated agenda item for the Licenced Distribution System Operator (LDSO) role within the TAM technique. \nAgenda\nIf you are involved in the TAM technique (either facilitating Inspection Visits or correcting errors identified by the TAA)\, or just looking to get involved\, we recommend that you attend the education day to ensure that you are familiar with TAM technique processes. \nAbout TAM\nThe TAM technique monitors the compliance of Metering Systems with the metering requirements stated in the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC) and its subsidiary documents. The TAM technique forms part of the Performance Assurance Framework (PAF).

DESCRIPTION:P392 ‘Amending BSC Change Process for EBGL Article 18’ will ensure the process and responsibilities for amending BSC provisions constituting EBGL Article 18 terms and conditions reflect delegations made by NGESO in favour of the BSCCo and BSC Panel\, to ensure a unified market change process. These changes are necessary to ensure the EBGL change process is followed as part of the existing BSC Change process\, for all future BSC modifications that impact the EBGL Article 18 terms and conditions found in the BSC. These changes are mainly administrative. \nBSC Parties and Party Agents may be indirectly impacted by the solution to this Modification Proposal due to the amended modification process whereby modifications impact BSC text that constitutes EBGL terms and conditions. \nWe are looking for members to join the first workgroup which will be held on 8 November 2019 at Elexon’s offices. DESCRIPTION:Elexon is hosting an education day on Wednesday 11 September 2019 to outline changes that will be coming to the Technical Assurance of Metering (TAM) audit in September 2019 and to introduce a new Desktop Audit process that will be implemented in April 2020. \nAgenda\nThe day will provide information on: \n\nThe TAM technique;\nIntroduction to the new Desktop Audit process;\nFuture changes to the Technical Assurance Agent (TAA) service;\nAuditing Metering Dispensations;\nCertificate related non-compliances;\nThe 2019/20 specific sample;\nLicenced Distribution System Operator (LDSO) attendance at Inspection Visits; and\nProviding site access to the TAA\n\nIf you are involved in the TAM technique (either facilitating Inspection Visits or correcting errors identified by the TAA)\, or looking to get involved\, we recommend that you attend the education day to ensure that you are familiar with TAM technique processes and the upcoming changes. \nAbout TAM\nThe TAM technique monitors the compliance of Metering Systems with the metering requirements stated in the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC) and its subsidiary documents.
