DESCRIPTION:The principal purpose of this meeting will be to consider several upcoming BSC Change Proposals. \n  \nAdditionally\, time will be made available if there are any of the Potential BSC changes awaiting initial consideration that you would like to discuss. Please let us know in advance of any of these backlog changes you would like to discuss\, so that we can ensure appropriate resource and time is made available. \n  \n  \n\n\n\n\nAgenda Item \n\n\nLead \n\n\n\n\nWelcome and Meeting Objectives \n\n\nIvar Macsween (Elexon) \n\n\n\n\nUpcoming BSC Change Proposals \n\n\nChange Analysts and relevant SMEs (Elexon) \n\n\n\n\nAOB \n\n\nWorkgroup \n\n\n\n\nMeeting Close \n\n\nIvar Macsween \n\n\n\n\n  \n  \nPlease find the currently scheduled items for discussion at this first meeting below: \n\nAn upcoming Change Proposal (CP) to require Half Hourly Data Collectors to send D0275 HH readings for Embedded LDSO sites to both the Embedded LDSO and LDSO. This would require amending the D0275 within the Energy Market Architecture Repository (EMAR) and amending the schedules within BSCP502 ‘Half Hourly Data Collection for SVA Metering Systems Registered in SMRS’ and BSCP550 ‘Shared SVA Meter Arrangement’\nAn upcoming CP to permit the use of busbar voltage transformers within metering Codes of Practice 1 and 2\, which was a recommendation from BSC Issue 87 ‘Busbar voltage transformer metering for Offshore wind farms under OFTO arrangements’\nAn upcoming CP to include the Viking Link Interconnector in the Ofgem list and incorporate this in BSC systems and BMRS reporting.\nFrom the Potential BSC Changes backlog\, Elexon wish to highlight a historic potential Issue that would develop an estimation technique for Reactive Energy in the BSC in order to enable Distributors to fully comply with their approved charging methodology obligations.
