SUMMARY:Technical Assurance of Metering (TAM) Desktop Audit – User Question and Answer Sessions
DESCRIPTION:The TAM Desktop Audit process was implemented in April 2020\, with the Optional Desktop Audit sample starting in July 2020. Optional Desktop Audits have been used for Specific Sample\, which has allowed Elexon and the Technical Assurance Agent (TAA) to monitor the new process and identify limitations and improvements. \nAs the Specific Sample is drawing to a close\, Elexon will be hosting a number of Question and Answer sessions for Technical Assurance Agent Management Tool (TAAMT) users. These sessions will provide users an opportunity to discuss areas where they may have struggled and allow Elexon to target areas of the process that require additional guidance. \nEvent dates and times \nSuppliers: 14:00-15:30 Tuesday 3 November 2020 \nHHMOA: 14:00-15:30 Wednesday 4 November 2020 \nHHDC: 13:30-14:00 Tuesday 10 November 2020 \nLDSO: 14:00-15:30 Friday 13 November 2020 \nMore information \nWhilst all are welcome to these sessions\, they will be bespoke for TAAMT users\, with sessions being split by Party role.
