Industry Standing Data (ISD) Circulars are formal notices sent out to Market Participants as part of the process of changing, publishing, or implementing ISD.
Types of Circulars
There are two types of Circulars issued as part of the ISD Release process:
- Impact Assessment Circular: informs you of the proposed general changes to be included in the next Version of ISD. You are expected to carry out an impact assessment on these changes. Please note: An Impact Assessment Circular is not issued when the release is limited to publishing an ISD catalogue to include newly qualified MHHS participants only.
- Final Circular: confirms the approved changes being made to the next Version of ISD. Once issued, changes cannot be excluded from that Version.
