DIP consultation
DCR0003 ‘DIP On-Boarding and requirements clarifications’ has been issued for industry consultation. DCR0003 is relevant to prospective DIP Users, but has no impact on DIP User systems.
The Change looks to ensure that DIP Users are clear on the requirements for DIP On-Boarding and how they will be checked by adding clarifications to the DIP Rules.
Download the consultation and response form from the Elexon DCR0003 Consultation SharePoint folder.
Please note that responses should be submitted by Thursday 3 July.

About GlobalSign Registration for organisations with multiple companies
In addition we have published information about the GlobalSign Registration for organisations with multiple companies as many organisations in the MHHS Programme operate multiple companies within their portfolio. Each of these companies may own one or more Market Participant Identifiers (MPIDs) for the specific roles the organisation is qualified for.
Until now, guidance on how such organisations should onboard to the GlobalSign platform has been limited. The document clarifies the process for organisations that have already registered on the GlobalSign Atlas platform, have successfully onboarded one company, and now need to onboard additional companies.
Your organisation’s GlobalSign administrators do not need to repeat the full registration process for each additional company. Instead, within the GlobalSign Atlas portal, they simply need to request identity profiles for the other companies qualifying under MHHS.
